Essential guidelines for working with Hypervail Creative Agency

For a streamlined and smooth collaboration, communicating clear guidelines is necessary with our clients, regarding deliverables, payments, and intellectual property rights. This enables us to collaborate to achieve bigger results together without any hindrance.

Service Scope

We provide AI-enabled ad production, build personal/business brands, and integrate automation into businesses to streamline workflow. Project specifics are defined in individual agreements.

Project Terms

For a smooth collaboration, all our signed documents require a 50% upfront payment, and in some cases, it is 100%. Changes can always be made during collaboration.

Intellectual Property

Clients hold the right of ownership on their original materials and final deliverables once full payment is made. Hypervail retains its rights to unused concepts unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Structure

Project fees are outlined in individual agreements. Final payment is due before file delivery. Additional costs for third-party services, upsells, or scope changes will be billed separately.

Timeline & Communication

Project timelines are established in agreements. Response time during business hours is within 24 hours. Delays due to client feedback may affect project completion.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and implement appropriate data security measures. NDAs are available upon request.

Termination Rights

Either party may terminate with written notice. Payment is required for completed work. Kill fees may apply as per agreement terms.

Liability

Services are provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific results. Liability is limited to project fees paid. We operate under [Jurisdiction] law.
